Phase I is the most labor intensive of the 5 phases for the Listing/ Seller Agent, approximately 60% of the transaction happens here. It involves the initial preparations and discussions necessary to kickstart the process of selling your property. During this phase, we will gather essential information about your property, understand your goals as a seller, and present you with a comprehensive Prestige Marketing Commitment tied to a detailed action plan that is tailored to your needs. We'll also conduct thorough research on the local market conditions and discuss various strategies to ensure the successful sale of your home. By the end of Phase I, we'll have completed everything on our Action Plan to create a successful and powerful marketing launch. Phase II will be fun and exciting, Onward!

Offer/Compromise

In Phase II of the transaction process, we take on the crucial responsibility of ensuring a smooth and successful sale of your property. As your trusted Listing/Seller Agent, we actively solicit feedback from potential buyers, analyze offers with meticulous attention to detail, and negotiate terms that align with your goals. Acceptance to Contingency Release

In Phase III, we handle the intricate details of being under contract with precision and care. Much of the groundwork has been completed, laying a solid foundation for success in the prior phases allows you to concentrate on your work and family. During this phase, we meticulously review and confirm loan approval, finalize closing documents, and communicate essential instructions with the title company. We also ensure that all closing details are confirmed with involved parties and coordinate the final walkthrough for the buyer. If permitted, we attend the closing alongside our clients to offer support and guidance. Our focus is that the final details are completed and required reporting is uploaded promptly.
